Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE) is a full-service New Jersey commercial real estate brokerage firm that was founded in early 2012 by Jason M. Wolf. Before creating Wolf Commercial Real Estate, Jason Wolf spent 17 years working as a local and national New Jersey commercial real estate broker and service provider building valuable relationships and gaining experience and knowledge that have made WCRE one of the top New Jersey commercial real estate brokerage firms.
This skill is now being put to use helping clients identify key New Jersey commercial real estate listings and acquire – through purchase or lease – New Jersey office space, New Jersey retail space, New Jersey medical space, New Jersey industrial space and other New Jersey commercial properties. WCRE, from the start, has been setting new standards as a leading New Jersey commercial real estate broker and breaking new ground when it comes to finding, and procuring, high-value New Jersey commercial properties and already developed New Jersey commercial real estate sites.
In 2014, WCRE received a Power Broker award from the CoStar Group, a leading provider of national and New Jersey commercial real estate listings, information, analytics and online marketplaces. This recognition placed Wolf Commercial Real Estate as a “best of the best” national and New Jersey commercial real estate broker.
